July 28, 2008: So Chicago GamesDay has come and passed. I was hoping to get a few more entries done but unfortunately with real-life and commission painting I was unable to do my duel entry. I did however come away with an honorable mention again and a finalist entry. No improvment from last year unfortunately. Though the competition was crazy with tons of foreign painters taking many of the awards. I have decided on taken on something I have never done yet. A primarch! I will take my time on this and it will be my main entry for next year if real life is kind. Check out my ebay page, Im selling tons of stuff off, rare models and other junk. Im am still doing commissions, get in line now!
May 25, 2008: Summer is approaching fast and I'll be launching my E-Bay account very soon and will start selling off some miniatures taking up space. Glorfindel, Lord of the West and my Chaplian on bike will probably be in my first auctions. Ill probably also be painting a bunch of chaos terminators (20+) which I have laying around. Probably will make 4 squads from different chapters and sell them off individually. Stay tuned. But in the meantime I'm working on my LotR army for the Chicago GD and GT.
May 8, 2008: So Adepticon has come and past. I ended up placing first in the Rogue Demon Open category with my Deathwatch Chaplain on bike. Fabius did not take first but results for second and third have not been posted so I may have placed. There were some really nice entries overall, James Wappel and Bennet Blalock-Doane swept all the other categories with Bennet taking overall. I was really happy with my results, can't wait to see how well I'll be able to paint when I'm at their age!
January 28, 2008: Hey folks, have been neglecting this site for the past few months due to school and other side projects, but never fear, I am cooking up alot of stuff for this coming Adepticon (April 11-13). I will be entering into the Lord of the Rings Team Tournament and I'm making good progress on my army. I also be entering the Rogue Demon painting competition that is taking place and I hope to enter two or three of the categories as well.
The Galleries will soon be back online, as all of my site memory had ran out before and so all pictures will be direct-linked to photobucket, where I am setting up a nice format to browse everything. Be patient. More to come soon...
